Spring Equinox Retreat 2026
I held my first Kundalini Yoga Retreat in North Wales for 10 incredible women. The weekend included traditional Sadhana – Kundalini Yoga Morning Practice, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Craft activities, Optional Holistic Treatment, Shamanic Drumming around the fire pit, Cold water dipping, a guided walk in nature and lots more. Nourishing home made food , catered to dietary needs.
